RETURN POLICY

Product(s) can be exchanged or returned within 15 calendar days after receiving your order.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unused and undamaged items complying with our returns policy below:

- All items should be returned in their original condition, clean and unworn (other than to try them on indoors).

- Products should be returned with all tags, labels and accessories, in their original packaging, inside a protective shipping box.

- Products need to be shipped back within 15 days after receiving your order with the return form inside the return box. 

Please note that we offer a free exchange and return service within the European Union. Should you need to return a product from outside of the EU, please contact us by email at hello@ascotandcharlie.com or via our contact form.

RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return or exchange your product, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@ascotandcharlie.com or via our contact form in order to a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number and/or a prepaid shipping label.

To pack the product(s) we recommend you use the shipping box you have received them in or use another protective box (double box) to make sure we receive the goods in optimal condition. Please make sure you ask and keep a proof of shipment, with a tracking number, that we kindly ask you to share with us.

Please note that we offer a free exchange and return service within the European Union. For return or exchange outside of the EU, please make sure you ask and keep a proof of shipment along with a tracking number, that we kindly ask you to share with us. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days of the receipt of your return items.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for product(s) returned to us worn, soiled, damaged or incomplete. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the product(s) up to the full price of the product(s).
